B) An email indicating the requested time of 25', or 40' or 55',

Five minutes are mandatory for discussions for all talks. All sessions will be plenary to allow a collegial discussion of important open cosmological problems.

All participations and all requests for financial support must be approved in writing by

To have a harmonious, efficient and productive workshop, all participants are requested to have a technical knowledge of the mathematics and physics underlying:

I) Contemporary cosmological views based on the exact validity of special relativity everywhere in the universe as presented in excellent 20th century treatises in the field, as well as of

II) The mathematical, physical and experimental evidence indicating the mere approximate character of special relativity at inner-galactic and inter-galactic distances, as outlined, for instance, in the World Lecture Series and related original literature available in free pdf download.

Participants without the above identified and documented technical knowledge of both fields I) and II) are welcome to be auditors, but they will not be accepted in the discussions to prevent non-scientific aspects.
